The bill stipulates amending articles 81, 98 and 145 of the Law "On Court System and the Status of Judges".
The Committee members stressed that the amendments suggested by the bill will bring several provisions of the Law "On Court System and the Status of Judges" in compliance with the laws "On State Service", "On Remuneration of Labour" and "On Vocation".
People?s deputies believe that the adoption of the law will guarantee against decreasing and ensure the existing social and legal status of state officials in the secretariat of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine, the staff of the National School of Judges and the State Court Administration.
